| I hit the button to close my garage door yesterday and it went sideways! When I raised it back up it almost fell out of the track on one side-which would have landed on my Teryx! Nothing was in the way of the track but the cable on one side was uncoiled from the spring? What would cause this? It's a big door 7x16, but only a year old! DOH! | |

| I would have to see it. Who installed the door? | |

| Local door company - having them to come out and fix it. I replaced the door a year ago, but we kept the same track. | |

| There should be two screws and if both are not tight one will slip. You should be able to see on the shaft if the spring spun off. | |
