| Any you southern boys got a good home made B B sauce that is not to vinegarie an also what are yaw useing for a moping sauce other than salt water.Thanks ahead of time I promise it won't go beon this site lol Gary | |

| OK, this isn't really homemade, but it is real good.
1-16oz. Hunts original BBQ 1-16oz. Kraft Honey Mustard BBQ 1-16 oz. KC Masterpiece 1/2 stick melted butter 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 1 whole Vadalia or OSO onion quartered
Put all in Blender and Blend till onion is gone. Enjoy
I like smoking ribs with Jack Daniels chips on the grill about 20-30 minutes, then putting them in the oven at 325, pouring this sauce over to cover ribs and sealing with foil. Cook about an hour and a half | |

| thanks that does sound good may be we could get everybody togetherr on a mid state site an have a old fashion hog cooken an a little bluegrass. Ok guys an gals still need more BB in put . By the way I'll bring a cooker as long as we don't go over 300lbs Gary | |

| I put another rack in pig cooker to cook chicken an hamburgers so as not to heat up the whole thing .What I was wondering when cooking a hog with charlcoal if I could put a trough on the middle rack an fell with beer or lets say mix some jack in while cooking , what yaw think or would I ruin the process Gary
