PostSubject: Painting plexiglass    Painting plexiglass EmptyTue Dec 27, 2011 10:21 pm

Anybody recommend a good method for painting plexi. my oem windshield after 3 rides was pretty much ruined (thank you can am for a non hard coat) so thanks to a friend on here somewhere, can't remember exactly who it was it was one of those after ride discussions around the fire with some apple pie, Im just gonna chop it and make it a half and I originally was just gonna get it tinted but I think it would be better to paint it. Its just going to be a wind deflector anyways. What yall think, and thanks!

fusion from krylon works well on plastic, another option is take it to a sign guy and have it covered in black vinyl. You could even get Canned Ham put on it in big yellow letters lol!
