Subject: Question about Razor Wed Feb 10, 2010 8:22 pm
I have a razor and put a new battery in it, it started but then started missing and when you turn it off it would difficult to start and now dead again. Check engine light is now on and I am looking for suggestions on what's wrong. It doesn't have a winch or radio just stock so nothing should be pulling battery down.

First thing I would check is the terminals to make sure they are tight. Also check your coil wire and grounds down under the seat area to make sure they are not loose or corroded.

If the check engine light it on. you may need to check the service code to see why it on. there is a procedure to do that. it may tell you what the problem is...
