Looks like aliens abducted a Rzr and a Redline and made thier own version.
Does anyone know if Polaris still has the patent on the engine behind the seats?

You know..... I was thinking about that. Redline has been out for sometime now and their engine is behind the set. I think that has got to be a rumor of some sort.
Now this Cat looks like it is ready to compete in the sport market. I wonder how wide it is????

Being as how the gave a sneak peak at the snowmobile show I'd guess it's closer to production than prototype but time will tell.
I'm guessing it will be Cats standard width of 60"

That's the best looking factory cage I've seen, bar none. No need to chop those lines...
Are those full, opening doors? If so, another first...
Not a fan of Cat's green (nor Kawi's) but this could be a sharp machine in silver, red, black or....

Here is a qoute in another forum "This is a quote form one of the dealers at the cat show that just got out of his private viewing.
"Ok, just got out of seeing this thing close up. Here is what they would tell us. Complete tube chassis, just like a sand rail. The most travel 'by far' of any side by side Power steering Uses current prowler 1000 drive system with an HO 1000 motor. 4 wheel drive LED lighting Priced less than Polaris 900 Around 1000lbs 64" wide "

If that is the case. I need to buy a Arctic Cat dealer. Because we are going to need a good one here in the south.

I ran with a 1000 Commander with Dual Motoworks pipes at the Fall Jam, and we were dead even......... With the so-called "H.O." Cat 1000 motor on this new one... I expect the AC to run dead even with a 1000 Commander.
Here is a drag race with a 800, a 1000XT, and the AC 1000.

You post you a Can Am advertisement. Seriously!!!!!
As far as the Rhino beating the Can Am...... Lets run it against the XP. Also, this new Cat is going to weigh around a 1000lbs. Just in case you missed me saying that on the last post.
I would be willing to bet my RZR that this new Cat will smoke your rhino. Just saying.

My Silver/Black plastics are going on this week.... Keep in mind....will the AC weigh 1K when you get done modding it with bumpers, skids, tops, etc???
Stock Rhino weighs around 1200 lbs....Mine is probably close to 1700 with all my junk on it. I would do like I do at the Jamboree's for the drag races, and strip everything off of it, and run a bed delete, and put on a set of 24" tires....
And It's down close to 1100 lbs...If you put a driver in the AC that weighs 225+...and I weigh 148....Your weight is dead even with the Rhino and the AC.
Should I play it again???

I would say...............NOPE. The frame bottoming on the concrete would likely cause some instability in the backbone.

havent seen a Rhino yet that would keep up to the XTZ, if the Rhino is giving you a hard time please just switch gears and nail it again and see what happens. I'll be glad to run you that little short run on your video, I can do all of that in low gear. if you want to run long distance then no problem, hope you got more than 80 mph in ya! dont be a puss with the cat crank that motor till it pukes! it likes RPMs
