| after my last trip I had a torn cv boot that I replaced and regreased everything since it was a outer cv i greased the inner and outer. Before I did that I heard a clicking noise in the rear end but thought it was the torn cv boot catching on something. I still heard the clicking and it almost sounds like the cv joint near the passenger side rear tire. the rzr only has 240 miles on it. anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be?

| You still in warranty??? Did you replace the outer boot?? (You did not say which one)Probably. How did you re-grease the inner?? Remove the clamp, and why?? I'd bet you got enough debris in the suspected outer that you possibly killed the star or cage, thus the click. | |

| yes it's still under warranty. the one I replaced was in the inner but the clicking is coming from the outer. I had to pull the shaft out to get to the inner. I put the greast inside the cv boot area. I am not the most tech savy so one of the guys I ride with helped me out so I could be explaining this wrong. I probablly will just take it in to get checked out but the dealership is 1 1/2 hours away so if it was an easy fix i figured I would try to do it instead. | |

| Are you sure its not the brakes? There is an allen head adjustment screw to tighten them up. | |
