I put three precisions in my 900 ....greaseable...they worked great ...don't remember the number though ....I believe I put it on a carrier bearing thread on here somewhere

Bush, I got the number of the joint as precision 838 but the 338 might be about the same. Put two in at around 2000 miles, 6000 miles later greasing them often, they are still tight.

The. NAPA u joints have done well but be careful when using a press to install them. I bent the yolk and despite all my straightening attempts the yolk had to be replaced. Make sure the grease fitting is in the correct direction so it can be greased.
