| Any info on the legend or color coding for your maps. Just really watching for stuff to stay away from when my little guy is along. Thanks for the info on the 500. | |

| White... Gravel Green... Easy, or gas well service road Blue... Moderate Red... Difficult Purple... Extreme Yellow... Dead End
As everyone hopefully knows, weather has a hugh influence on trail difficulty. Rating is totally subjective. These tracks are not necessarily the same as the landowner ratings... just the way I saw them at the time I was there. I hope this helps...

| Anyone thinking about picking up dans maps should go for it. Brimestone and windrock are both 5 hour trips for us so we just don't get up there that often for me to really know the trails. That and my memory sucks. Maps plus the GPS makes a huge difference. You take a wrong turn or miss a trail and you know it pretty quick. Its also great if someone breaks down you can mark the spot and get back there easy.. | |

| Thank you, sir...
I've recently found out from the P-anerman that the new Brimstone trails that lie between 5 and 49 have now been numbered. I need to get over there and update my data...

| Joe, I told you that there was close to 1200 miles of track on that map... I went back and checked just so that I would know... 1240 miles of recorded track... and growing. | |

| Thanks... How did they do it with only three numbers because it looks like there should be at least six? Any way I route them, I always come up with six. Hmm, wonder if they didn't number all of them? I'll have to go check them out, and see what goes where.
That looks to me like just another good excuse to have to go riding....

| Hmmm.... somebody is apparently spreading false info. My NTCM only works on Garmin units. It includes all the areas you mentioned and has several trails located in northern Scott Co.
I highly recommend the touchscreen basic units... Dakota, Oregon, and Montanas.

| Google Earth has a print function... it's not the best I ever saw, but it can print what is on the screen with the appropriate selection. | |
