| Front gear case broke. Backed 3-4 miles to truck, it wouldn't go forward. Windrock causality. Advice on cheap ( ha ha) front gear case? It is under extended warranty but I'm getting prepared to be told it isn't covered because of the 2 inch lift. Even though it was installed by the dealer. Any ideas appreciated. | |

| Take it back to the trail, light the leaking fuel tank (poke a hole in it first), cook you some hot dogs, take photos, then file a claim!!!!!! If that won't work for you, see if the dealer will make sure to not photo the machine showing the lift kit or any other aftermarket parts, for the claim. | |

| I turned 1000 mi on the rzr xp900!!! Worn a carrier bearing out last weekend. So took it apart which turned into changing out rear u joint and carrier bearing. So some how I got the bright idea to tear everything apart to check and maintain. So far hiems on coil over shocks where bound up got them broke loose. Wheel bearing felt pretty good. Belt looked to be good. Blew the cluches out with air. Discovered a slightly bent left rear axel. Pulled the hoses for the air box and belt housing cleaned the inside out. It's amazing the dust that some how enters threw the pre filter. Now to the front end!!! If everything goes good in the front I will be able to change all fluids and call it good. I just hope I can get finished by 2017. Lol | |

| Mounted two 4 inch led on the front with emp mounts and a 32 inch led light bar on the roof with emp mounts plus my 12 inch light so still got to wire everything up but if it works I will have about 45000 Lumens of light on the front 😎 | |
