| Of all the things that we have to offer here at Brimstone, we have always prided ourselves on our customer service and being 100% about our customers. We have always made every effort to accommodate our riders with whatever they needed since the beginning of Brimstone in March of 2006. “At your service” has always been our policy. We will open early, stay late, order your parts, work on your unit, call you back at 3 a.m., available 24/7, and pull you out of a ditch at any hour, day or night, rain or shine.
With that being said, it should be obvious that our riders are first priority. Any and all decisions that we make here are made with our riders in mind, first and foremost. As a part of our new resort policy, Brimstone is offering a variety of lodging choices which include owned and non-owned facilities. In an effort to expand our offerings and maximize our guests’ experience at Brimstone, we have created an exclusive resort to enhance every aspect of your stay at Brimstone.
We are not controlling our riders and telling them where to stay, we are giving them a choice of many examples of supportive businesses in the area which include a wide variety of quality lodging types: cabins, campground facilities, hotels, etc. We are partnering with other facilities that are supportive of Brimstone and that want to partner with Brimstone to build it to be a better place in the future.
Please trust that this decision was made with great thought and many approaches were considered before we came to our current conclusion about making Brimstone into a resort. We want to make Brimstone the best and ensure that you all will have a place to ride for many years to come. This is truly the best and most effective way to make this happen. Thank you for your support in this transition. This decision is for our customers to preserve our business for generations to come. We have no choice but to adopt the current policies with those business' that want to support and partner with Brimstone.

| Brimstonebelle,
Big multi forum group coming to ride Brimstone in March, this group will not happen if this B.S. policy stays in effect. Just wrong.
For the record. I have rented two Brimstone Cabin Properties and brought at least 10 people to ride there last year. If you keep this policy, you have seen my last dollar. Good luck with your exclusive resort.

| This is BS. I've already purchased my annual pass and made reservations at TrailsEnd for a trip in March along with about 12 other people who are going on this trip. If this language was not part of their policy when our passes were bought how can they not refund our money or let us ride? They changed the rules after the fact. Is that not a breach of contract? I really hope they come to their senses. | |

| I emailed the chamber of commerce. This is an absolutely juvenile move on Brimstones part. I like Black Mountain better anyway... | |

| Seems Discriminatory to me... only place not on their approved list is Trails End Whats next?
My take is if they want to be that way then fine, just refund my money for my annual pass and i will spend it elsewhere

| brimstone is my favorite place to ride. i will still make trips to trails end as long as they will have me. if i cant ride brimstone thats ok i will ride the tn wildlife management trails.
BrimstoneBelle, you need to remember where brimstone started and who helped and respect the first campground that was there for the trails.(trails end) i have stayed there for years and the the staff at trails end is a big reason why brimstone is my favorite place to ride. i have never heard them say anything bad about the brimstone staff. you say you only support places that support brimstone. i know for a fact that trails end supports brimstone. it would be dumb for them not to with brimstone being what bring in 95% of there business. with these rules you are going to not only hurt yourselves and trails end but all the other business in the area. gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and scott co. and also the atv community in general.

| [quote="GunRunner"]Well Guys this is the dumbest thing ive ever heard of but if you ever intend to go to Brimstone Recreation area you need to know this and decide if you want to spend your money with them.
BIG NEWS!! that we were just made aware of is that if you are not staying at one of the ''approved'' places listed YOU ARE NOT WELCOME AT BRIMSTONE! THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU A PASS TO RIDE! This appears to be an attempt to put trailsend campground out of business. I just talked to Ronnie (bigr) and chris about our conjoined Spring Ride in March and I called and talked to a person at brimstone and she confirmed if you are staying at trailsend you will not be allowed to ride on brimestone property. I tried to talk to them about this being a illegal action as a business selling to the public cannot discriminate in such a way and if they held to this that we would have no choice but to relocate our conjoined Spring ride of the Southern SXS Riders and the Southern RZR Riders ride to windrock and spread the word to the sxs world that riders not going along with their new plan are not welcome!!!! She is going to get back in touch by Friday with a answer, hopefully they realize this is a very flawed plan and end it. I will keep you posted if and when i hear back. Please don't cancel any of you brimestone or UNAPPROVED reservations till i hear back. Hopefully we can still have our ride at brimestone if not we can spend our money with a place that does welcomes us and the huge amount of revenue our combined clubs bring to these ride areas yearly.
Here is there press release stating the approved places you can stay, anywhere else will bar you from being able to ride on Brimstone property. From Brimstone: Access to Brimstone trails and facilities will be limited to those overnight Brimstone Resort Passholders staying only at the following Brimstone Resort sponsored facilities:
Brimstone Retreats, Grand Vista Hotel
Comfort Inn, Big South Fork Cabin Rentals
Wilderness Retreats,Cornerstone
Longhorn Ranch Cabin Rental, Oneida Guest House
Unique Mountain Getaways Elk Run Cabins[/quote
I would'nt go even if they do come up with some lame ass excuse on friday!!! Half of you that WERE going in march probably have'nt got a permit yet.....damned if I would still go!!

| I'm pretty sure the march-rides gonna be somewhere else now.... Corporate-Bullshit.... I'd guess they are sitting-back saying to themselves "This will pass and everything will be o.k." WRONG!!!!!!! Us off-roaders are a pretty dedicated bunch. You step on ours toes once..........We are DONE. | |

| Like I said, my mind was made up for me when I read this today. If I do decide to ride TN in March, I will go to Royal Blue and buy the TWRA permit. And I don't give a if I do have to pay more. I will buy ONE permit for my buggy and take my whole family. | |
