If memory serves me I think that Super ATV always camped at trails end in the past, right up front next to the road with signs hanging? Will they have to move now?

- well he has them in his pocket to an extent...the town of huntsville passed a law that u could ride an atv on city, county and state roads in the town of huntsville that being said state law says no atv's on any state, county or city roads or streets...state law overrides city or county law... the sheriff is supposed to uphold all state laws first and formost then county and so on so explain that one to me and how can it be legal for the city of huntsville to take down trails ends signs they are a business just like the BP or dollar general store its not right
dont know about TN but in VA towns or county's can pass an ordinance and overrides state law. its the same as the states passing law to make pot/weed legal in that state. and like someone said, off duty officers working for brimstone are nothing more than security guards.

Imagine that! The news story isn't airing yet because they need to gather more footage/info.
I know for a FACT that mark said that about the your group.....So did mayor George Potter. He said they are just a few small groups and don't matter. The mayor also said: "Huntsville IS Brimstone and Brimstone IS Huntsville. Mayor Potter is 100% backing Brimstone and his pal Mark Love
For those that didn't know Mark Love is the vice mayor. You think George Potter isn't going to bend over backwards for Mark and vice versa. f I had the week off I would be up there giving them all the footage and interviews you need...... let the news station know if they need any production support to call me 615-330-9148. If they need a resume watch biggest loser, anything on the speed channel, CMT, or HGTv good chance its my work. Im a gun for hire and this is what I do. Trying to lend a hand to save the place I love

| What we all can do is post daily on all the forums that have topics and keep the subjects at the top and in everyones new posts list, the word will spread far and wide over time also contact all vendors and performers listed to be at the brimstone events, winterfest is coming up march 2nd also what would do the most good now is for as many as possible to call or email every lodging place listed on "the list" and let them know that we might have stayed at their place in the future but mark loves harsh rules have caused them to be included along with the other places listed in with brimstone in the boycott brimstone movement and leave them the link, if they have facebook hit it too. The topic discussion on the local scott co. newspaper is growing from 6 posts yesterday to 34 today, please post there and with a lot of response if they are not in loves pocket then they might do a story too! http://www.topix.com/forum/city/huntsville-tn/T0AQFTB09C03VAT5M/p2#lastPostJamey Johnson is listed to perform at white knuckle, let him hear a piece of your mind about this too! https://www.facebook.com/JameyJohnson | |

| Was mentioned on this forum or another i had visited but a great idea, we all need to contact the Tenn. Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. Lets get the state involved. Found this number on their site 615-741-1671. We need everyone to call and pressure them to look into this. One or two calls wont do it. They need to be flooded...... | |

| Great news from Trails End!!!!
Just talked to TWRA"s manager of trails. He gave you the riders the go ahead to ride on any existing trail as long as the trail does not have a red sign posted on it. Trails End has permission to map, clean trails and the cost for the permits are as follows. Daily $30.50. Yearly you will need to purchase TYPE 93 $17.00 and TYPE 71 $91.00. Total of $108.00. Only one person per vehicle is required to have these permits and does not have to be the driver. Everyone please go the TWRA's website for their rules and regulations. Maps are being made now!! Anyone interested in a guided ride for this weekend please let us know so we can arrange everything.

| I just got off the phone with Trailsend I beleive I was speaking with Marla. She confirmed that they have met with the TWRA and received permission to clean up any existing trails so that they may be used except that they cannot bring in any heavy equipment. I told her that if they needed free labor to help in those efforts to post it up here. She was sincerely appreciative of the Southernsxsriders support. She couldn't understand why Brimstone is attacking them in this manner. Let's all contact the TWRA and express our concern and our continued support of Trailsend Campground! | |
