He said that This is funny. I have had this conversation with a few people over the last week. Yes Mark is right. If everyone in the club quit going to Brimstone I am sure it would not hurt revenue. However, It is not just the club members that read is site. If you look at the bottom of the main page you will see there are 20-60 guest viewing the forum every muinite plus the members. This is all day. For Mark to make this statement lets me know a lot about him. You should always be concerned about your customer. Believe me when I tell you this. It is clubs like mine that help build most riding areas. Ridge runners(Evarts), Hollor Crawlers (Bell County) Wind Rock ATV Club (Windrock). I would guess we have been the most active (and largest) promoting club for Brimstone. This action can work in reverse too. I don't want Brimstone shut down. I just don't want them telling me where I can stay. I would do the same thing if it were Trails End telling me I could not ride Brimstone if I stayed there. This is just bad PR. Now I will say this. I may not be a big enough Club to hurt Brimstone's revenue but I am big enough to help Trails End's Revenue.

| Big-R, it isn't just your club spreading the word. I have a thread on my club's forum, and I have seen a thread on rzrforum. I have also posted on my clubs facebook page.
It is wrong what the powers that be at Brimstone are doing, and I hope the lose enough business to hurt them and make them realize their mistake and change back, or go out of business. Maybe Trails End could pick up the lease for the property or something.

| I don't want anyone to have to close we all need places to ride and stay all night. But the way this is going a lot of people may loose money. it is just a bad decision in my opinion!! | |

Mark love has the sheriff's department in his back pocket so it is going to be a fight but it is one that need to be fought and we need all the help we can get

| I talked to Evan Johnson again this afternoon. He is being dodged by Mr. Love Imagine that! The news story isn't airing yet because they need to gather more footage/info. I know for a FACT that mark said that about the your group.....So did mayor George Potter. He said they are just a few small groups and don't matter. The mayor also said: "Huntsville IS Brimstone and Brimstone IS Huntsville. Mayor Potter is 100% backing Brimstone and his pal Mark Love For those that didn't know Mark Love is the vice mayor. You think George Potter isn't going to bend over backwards for Mark and vice versa. | |

| Tim i also live here my whole life. I agree with you on all but one point. The sheriff is not in Marks back poctet. i know he has made the statment that he will not take sides. he has stated that if off duties officers patrol brimstone property they will be doing so as security for brimstone and will only be able to issue brimestone tickets. They will not be acting as county deputies or have any authority that a deputy has. The people staying at will ttailend or Smyth aany or lodgeing faculity will not be harrased. it would be political sucide for him to take sides. | |

TO BAD MARK LOVE IS A IDIOT!!!. im in Indianapolis and i know of at least 20 people that go there several times a year. and we all back each other in things like this, and those 20 people know at least 20 people each. to bad scott county has to suffer along with the town fool!!!!

| well he has them in his pocket to an extent...the town of huntsville passed a law that u could ride an atv on city, county and state roads in the town of huntsville that being said state law says no atv's on any state, county or city roads or streets...state law overrides city or county law... the sheriff is supposed to uphold all state laws first and formost then county and so on so explain that one to me and how can it be legal for the city of huntsville to take down trails ends signs they are a business just like the BP or dollar general store its not right

Mike, this is not a club members only ride. Come and join us. If you have a Side by Side, go ahead and look at the membership application page and join. Big R should have the tee shirts at the ride.

| I have found when I had issues with local law enforcement, don't go to their leaders. I just make a call to the State Police. Someone find their number and keep it handy for the ride if harrasment from local law starts. That will put the brakes on that issue. | |
