| I heard that the Town is taking down Trails End's signs at Brimstone's request....
Also heard that Brimstone is hiring off duty cops to patrol the Mtn and to patrol in front of Trails End to identify who's staying there and they are being told to arrest anyone staying at Trails End if they are found on Brimstone property or access trails.
Don't know the accuracy of the cop thing....but thought i'd pass it on

He said that Wow! That is very arrogant and stupid for someone who runs a business. I agree with you Jason! Its obvious that the owner could care less about the southern sxs riders and Im sure he is fully aware of the potential harm he has done but in the grand scheme of things his buisness will continue because no doubt Brimestone has good trails..... And as far as his arrogance goes, I can tell you that 99% of all out of state people that I encounter and meet while riding these mountains are no part of any club or forum. So I can understand the owner by saying the southernsxs are small and not important..Still a stupid thing to say imo. The new Brimestone policy doesn't really affect the locals riding there, but everyone I know around here are refusing to ride there because of all the BS..I wont be riding there and I will let that 99% of people I meet on the trails Know why--Thats what his arogance will get him I suport Trails End |

| I am thnakful there is alternative trails nearby (TWRA) or that would have been the nail in the coffin for Trails End. The fact the TWRA trails are considerablly more land than Brimstone (2-3 X as big) makes me happy.
Now all we have to do is get them marked /maps so directionally challenged folks like me can make it back.
The serious ass chapping to Brimstone would be to make Trail 3 a multi-use like Trail 1. Parade time just to clog it up

Sundquist is fairly well numbered. Royal Blue has had a few road signs in the past but have gone the way of no maintenance, and New River has many of the old Brimstone signs still in place.
