| These must be hurting for advanced reservations. Check out this email I just received from Brinstone.
Make plans to join the Brimstone® Crew for Winterfest on March 2, 2013. The event will kick off at 9:00 A.M. with FREE Guided Rides and will end with a FREE dinner at the Nathaniel Byrge Gathering Place at the Brimstone® Campground (Trailhead #1). Winterfest participants will also receive HALF off the price of their day pass. We can’t wait!
Winterfest is a group ride that we host here at Brimstone®. Riders from all over the country gather here looking for good trails, good times, and good fellowship with other riders. It is the official “kick off” to the riding season. Winterfest is our official way of saying hello to Spring and goodbye to Winter. It is a highly anticipated time here at Brimstone®.

| Someone should ask point blank, if im staying with trailsend end can i buy permits to ride winterfest, the reason is there is a rumor on rzr.net in the boycott brimestone topic that the AG talked to brimestone about not selling to trailsend customers and it was said they told the AG that was not true. This is bs i think, rumor, I doubt the owner would be that stupid to lie to the AG but surely if they had reversed the new rule you would think they would have announced it and try to get riders back | |

In print my understanding is that a person would need to go up to the office and get a day pass and relocate their vehicle to day parking. But seems like some have stated differently. They need to speak up.

| A guy just posted on rzr.net that he just asked Brimestone if he stays at trailsend can he ride and he said they told him NO, you can only get a permit if staying at a place on the list. Brimestone is feelig the effect, i dont think ive ever seen them offer 1/2 price ride passes, especially for a scheduled event. They will still get some riders as many might not follow things on the computer, but that also means they will have to school them on the new rules witch wont sit well with a lot of them. | |

| I wonder what would happen if I filed a lawsuit in small claims court for messing up my vacation and group ride planned in mid March. | |

Would not surpise me if corn is planted there again this year, due to the downturn in business. I had at least 6 rides planned for the Huntsville area this year, and some stays would have been with Properties, now that will be cut to three with all of my stays at Trails End Properties riding WMA or making the Trails End to Evarts Run.

Thank you for your efforts on the trails, how do they look? How many miles do you think will be available for the March ride?
