We were not asked or informed that Brimstone had any policy changes in mind or their plan to exclude TrailsEnd. We have always been independent of the Brimstone & TrailsEnd organizations. We have always supported both in making referrals if we were booked and received a call from someone looking to visit the area. We do not support the exclusion of any business within the off-road or greater community.
Sounds like they didnt even tell there preferred lodging about the new BS policy!!

It is all about excluding Trails End and not including anyone......

| Hey y'all!! Trails End guided several of us on a ride of TWRA yesterday and it was awesome!! Rzrs and jeeps joined us- without the million$ insurance policy!!- and we had a blast! It's cheaper AND you can still stay at Trails End! The trails are accessible from the campground and the ride was gorgeous. | |

| Fes up everyone. Who has went beyond local, direct with Brimstone or sites on the computer, on complaining? I just fininshed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commision), on line, about Brimstone discriminating against me for where I want to stay and for unfair business practices. It would be a lot better if they had more than my complaint. | |

I had not thought about that. I did make a call to the AG of TN.

Go to ftc.gov Go to the top "contact us", then click on about a company, on line "secure complaint form". Then click on "FTC Complaint asistant". Just go through the easy to use steps. You will need contact information for them for Brimstone Recreation. Brimstone's phone is 423-663-3991 and their address is 2860 Baker Highway, Huntsville, TN 37756. Contact is the owner Mark Love. HAVE AT PEOPLE. This will get beyond what others have not been able to do.

| Come on now, we need more FTC complaints than a few. It worked for me on a company that had been scamming people for months. Everyone else kept calling that company and complaining to them and the Better Business Bureau, but not FTC. BBB usually only works through litigation with a company. One complaint to the FTC and the investigation started. The owners were locked up and the business was seized in 2 weeks. There is one catch with Brimstone that may delay this, or get them out of it. We will see what happens.

| FYI: the local news stations were asked by Trails End not to run the story. They (Trails End) are sensing/hoping for an ammicable end to all of this and fear the story would jeopardize it. That makes sense though: AGAIN, Marla and Steve are going out of their way to make the riders happy and not harm the chances of getting things back open. They are putting the needs of us riders ahead of any story that would ultimately make BSR look bad. I think a sincere THANK YOU and gratitude on our part is due to them for all the selflessness they are exhibiting. WELL DONE Trails End! | |

| I can assure you the FTC will not be so nice if they get snooping around. I hope Brimstone comes to their senses. | |

| Forward from Marla at Trails End Campground:
"looks like we will have a concert at the river performing is DRY COUNTY Friday night May 24th. This is a concert that will promote the riders choice and freedoms. Freedom starts at Trails End!. All are welcome, even people staying at Brimstone!!"
All she asks is that we spread the word......
