The carrier bearing on my 2011 900XP is squealing already. Bought it in June last year, almost made it a year. Dealer offered to replace it under extended warranty, told him not to bother. I read a posting along time ago that when it inevitably goes bad, the 2011's can be replaced with a 1-3/16" greasable pillow block bearing. I dug around in the obsolete parts section at work after reading it and found two of them. The posting also said that unless you isolate the mounting some with rubber or something, u will get some vibration.
Anybody on here done this conversion yet?
Did you experience any vibration issues?
Any tips on isolation mounting?
When I do the conversion, I will take some pics, post them to this thread and write up what it takes for the next guy.
