| Would you honestly say it's a comparable jump from the 800 to the 900 as the 900 to the 1000? I know the hp isn't as broad, but suspension and overall improvements? | |

I know I don't think so. It is a bad ass machine no doubt but after driving I did not feel like I had to go out and buy one. I did have that feeling the first time I drove a RZR S (from a Rhino) and a RZR XP (from a RZR S). However, if I were to buy a new machine it would be the RZR XP 1000.

| The 1k has 19 more horses than the 900.I can tell the difference.I loved my 900 and honestly was just board with it after 3 years. The 1k is a lot smoother,it shifts like a car and I feel more like im in my jeep than a rzr.I love the fit and finish of the inside compared to the 900 .there is hardly any air space anywhere between the cab and the motor. You guys just really need to look to see what im talking about.the dash cover is nice if you want to get to the backside to install switches ect...I love the doors and upper windows by Polaris.it makes a nice enclosed cab for winter.it being a little longer ,I think it will climb somewhat better than a 900.i haven't ridden it that much to tell you a lot.im very glad I made the purchase with the shocks, eps, and the raised trailering arms its not much difference than the 900 in price if your going to add these.i love the removeable grill ,that lets you clean the radiator with ease.hands off to Polaris for making a simple change that makes life easy. I am having to crank the shocks up and putting 30 s on it ,I guess I ve weighted it down so much with accessories it doesn't have much clearance....but it will.im glad I put the full skids on because I was testing them out Saturday. | |

Like we talked about on the trail sat, you might be able to tune it in too your liking but I am not realy happy with the way my 1000 handles. I know it has way more potential but that may be my motocross background of fine tuning things. What I dont like with mine is, rebound is way too agressive the shocks bang when they top out its so fast, the springs are way too soft for the front and too hard for the rear. I will soon have mine revalved and re sprung to see if I can get it the way I like.

| Edge ...i like to crawl and just ride ...I'm not into fast pace that much so I'm not as picky on the suspension | |

| finished my cooler rack.its a bit bigger than the 900 but I decided to upsize and ungrade to a better cooler .it sets out 17 inches off the back .still fits in the toy hauler ....yeah I built it so I can fab a flat bed on the top,to take on and off so we can fab it for shotguns and gear to use it when me and my son shoot sporting clays. | |

| redneck, how well do you like the emp glass windshield vs a hard coat poly windshield so far? also i see you put some 30 inch rocktanes on there is there a big improvement over stock 29's?. machine looks great maybe getting one very soon and have been looking at the windshields closely and with the our discount at emp thinking real hard about the emp glass. thanks | |
