Taskers Gap / The Cove ride weekend

Been a few weeks since I first got my 14 S. Put about 100 miles on it just around the house and riding at a friends property. This past weekend me and the girlfriend went to Tasker's Gap on Saturday and went to The Cove on Sunday. Had a great time! She is hooked!

If anyone wants to get together and do some day rides, i'm only about an hour from Taskers

how big are these areas and an address for the trailhead website if they have one.

They are not huge, but not super small either.

Tasker's Gap /Peters Mill Run OHV - Edinburg, VA

$5/day to ride per operator. $30 for year permit..trails are open 24/7. Closed Jan-March. If I recall correctly about 40 miles of trails. 64" sxs's will have a hard time on trails except for the main Jeep trail.

The Cove "MotoCove" Gore, VA

$25/day per person. LOTS of rock..if you love rock, you will feel right at home. Quite a bit of rough stuff.

We rode these on dirt bikes years ago. Back then the Cove was closed during hunting season. Peters Mill would allow hunters and would have to park next to the trail and hunt a distance off the trail. There was a primitive campground at the end on Peters Mill that did not require you to trailer from.
