| No. But my Dad does. He's got all sorts of fab machinery including a computer plasma table, presses, brakes, an ironworker, lathes, mills. Just all kinds of stuff. The problem with these pieces were that they were so darn long and his brake is only 4'. So once he cut them out he had to take them to a buddy's shop who had a 6' brake. He then brought them to me so I could bend the tubing with my Harbor Freight special pipe bender and tack it all in place. | |

| Finished tacking the cage together. Taking it to a buddy's house tomorrow for him to finish weld. Then it will be off to powder coat Wednesday. Ordered a sheet of aluminum last week for the roof, I have a few ideas I want to incorporate for that. The cage is a knockdown kit from Toys For Big Boys. From what I understand they are the guys building the knockdown kits that UTV Giant sells. The good thing about ordering from them besides it being cheaper eliminating the middle man is that Kevin will build it per your specs. They are all the same style, but he'll rake the windshield back and put it at whatever height you want. He'll also bend the rear bars whichever way you desire, I had mine done sort of like the S bars and tied it directly into my DFR rear bumper. I'm really pleased with the way it is turning out and am excited about getting it back from powder coat. There's a big pile of shit sitting in my shop ready to bolt on once this cage gets done but it should be ready to go for the spring ride. What sux is that my newish flip out windshield from EMP won't work with the new cage unless I do some modifications. It fits fine at the bottom but the top is a good 1.5" too narrow. | |

| Dropped the cage, nerf bars, and bumpers off at powder coating place this morning. They are about 1.5 hours from my house, was there when they opened at 7:30 and still made it back to my office to see my first appointment at 9:00. Hope to be able to pick the stuff up next week. $250 total cost including sandblasting. Not too bad in my book. | |

| Pictures coming later today....Finished putting it back together yesterday evening, I was delayed somewhat since the kids wanted to run a 5k yesterday morning and I still had a trailer full of mulch to spread. Ended up having to use the RZR to yank my truck out of a really soggy part of my yard, we just had too much rain Friday night. I'm headed down to my Dad's shop this morning, he cut out a sheet of aluminum for my roof. We are going to get it bent and bolted up and are using some of the scrap to make some additions. Oldslowguy is coming by the house this afternoon to pick up some goodies for his Rhino. I'm giving him the stock takeoff 28" Bighorns, an extra 12" LED light bar, and my old stereo setup.
Oh, both boys finished first in their age classes ( Brooks at 4 years-old 45:45 and Banks at 5 years-old with a time of 45:11!!!) | |

| Well, I didn't get as far as I wanted today. The roof is bent but not mounted yet and the RZR is still dirty as hell. I was hoping to have it all cleaned up and take some nice pictures but that didn't happen. When I get the roof done and the UHMW skids bolted on I'll be able to ride again. I still have to do a stereo build too but it's doubtful that will happen before the spring ride.
