| It's been a couple of months since I have updated this thread and there's been some upgrades since then so... When we left off the roof had just been done so I needed to mount my lights. and the 12" bar on the front bumper... Got a switch panel and some switches off of Amazon Had Smoothride revalve my shocks and new springs as well. Rick Ott from EMP was kind enough to cut a custom hard coat windshield for me too. But for the summer and as long as rain isn't in the forecast I'll just run with my old Dragonfire half windshield that came with the buggy. No pictures but I added some backup lights too. I was never really happy with the Polaris PRP rear seats. They were too big for the kid seats and were hard as a rock. Not only that, but there was no easy way to reach the release behind the seat to remove them. So I switched them out for my old Polaris stock seats. I removed the back cushion and it made the child seat a whole lot more comfortable for the little one. You will also notice that the stock Jagged X doors are gone. Well, I sort of FUBAR'd one on this last ride. Seems that trees that are 60" apart won't let a 64" buggy through without something giving. I was never really happy with them anyway since they are made of thin wall aluminum tubing and the latches were POS's. They also were regular opening which made getting in and out of the front seats a royal PITA. I replaced them with UTV Giant doors. They seem solid and the latches are bulletproof. They are Plain Jane right now but I have a plan for that. Thanks to Mike D for the information about the place in Nashville that sells the Wet Sounds speaker bars. I called him on a Monday and they were waiting on me at Trails End that Thursday for the Memorial Day event. It sounds great and was a breeze to install with the Axia Alloy clamps. Next up is a SSV underdash subwoofer and to get my EMP parking brake installed. | |

| Glad to see that EMP did a custom windshield for you. I just picked up my Jagged and it has the UTV Giant knock down cage on it but both my 800s windshield and my buddies 1000 windshield were 2.5" too short. I will send him a PM now.

| See if you can talk to Rick directly. I texted him a sketch of what I needed and his guys cut it out. He also sent it without any holes for mounts drilled so I could put them wherever they needed to be. Make sure you get the new rubber mounts too, it makes putting it on and taking it off about a 10 second job. It's also a good idea to lay down some rubber weather stripping on the crossbars or it'll rattle your teeth out. | |

| Dang. Â Missed that one. Â He made everything. That's awesome. I don't have the time or patience to make that stuff. I'll keep searching. | |

| It really didn't take that long to make them. The biggest pain was finding someone with a 6' brake to bend the plate. I looked for a long time trying to find exactly what I wanted without any success. To me, there is a lot of enjoyment and pride in being able to make the parts so that you get exactly what you want. Same way with my cargo trailer conversion. In the end, if you discount your time, it also ends up being far less expensive too. | |

| Hey its awesome when people build it themselves. They know its built right just the way they wanted. I just don't have the time to do all that. Your jagged looks awesome though. I am still adding to mine. Trying to figure out what to do about tunes. SSV wants a mint.

| I am pretty happy with the Wetsounds sound bar. It does need some bass and I will be adding a ssv sub. The only inexpensive way I know to do it would be to use a marine amp, receiver, and speaker pods. | |

| One option is going to be to make an overhead console similar to the one Big R built and the one Gimpy has for sale (won't work with your cage though). Nothing out there looks as good imo but they are labor intensive. The option I chose was to get the Wetsounds bar and later add a ssv underdash sub. It unobtrusive and sounds pretty good too. I placed it on the B roof cross bar facing forward. That way I won't blow out the kiddies eardrums. | |

| Now who is that smooth ride guy that did your shocks? I want to get mine done. Is it worth it? How do I get in touch with him? What does he charge? | |
