How to post a bigger Picture on forum.

All,

I have tried putting up some pic's example below. I am using imageshack to host but regaurdless of how import them they stay the same size. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong.

highlander , on image shack , look on the page where it says
brows for files. look a couple lines down it asks what size
you want to resize to. Choose 600x800 , and it will be a full
size picture....

Also why use image shack. why not use the forums
own hosting service.
Look up top where you post a reply. look for the icon
that says host an image , click it. then find your pic on your
computer. then when it hosts. Copy the direct link from the
bottom line. Then click the image icon and paste it in there.
now you have a full size picture in your post....
