| thats the xtreme kit, lots of guys on highlifter run it. i have the rubberdown customs kit and got about 3" of lift with it. you will put the axles in more of a bind but if your not hammer down all the time it will be fine. i run the bogs and climb hills just like anyone else and ive never broken anything sense ive had the lift on. ive always had 2" wheel spacers but ive never felt that it was more unstable sense the lift was added. heck the other day i was out in the snow doing a little drifting in 4wd. nothing like pitching it sideways at 30mph lol | |

| That's a little extreme, unless you have a lt to compensate for the angles.
I would not recommend a kit this extreme with stock arms.. Or I should say I would not run a kit this extreme, I tried the Rubber down kit and it was two extreme for my comfort. It was not the stability that worried me it was the position it placed the ball joints and the cv joints. my .02

| I know you ask moto but Here are a few pictures of the RDC lift on mine for reference. If my memory holds true I gained 2.5 inches ground clearance up front and 3/4 in the rear with this kit. Which leveled it front to rear. Here are a few before and after pictures of my bike. I don't have any good pictures of the ball joints and cv's but here is one of the whole front end. | |

| I removed the RDC kit before I hit the trails because of the binding.
The leveling Kit I referred to is the same material as the front kit but redesigned to yield less overall lift. It is in the mail I should have it the first of next week.
Have you measured your Ground clearance? I am finding most as mine are about 1.5-2 inches lower in the front.

| i didnt take any comparison pics. this is with the lift installed on 26" tires and you can see the ground clearance i have. with the preload on the shocks turned up it was about 14" of clearance. [img] [/img] | |

The differential is offset to the drivers side of the frame, making it have more axle that droops over the passenger side.

| yank also has the progressive 425 shocks on his i believe, i still run the stock shocks. that could play a role in the angle of the axles, not sure but just saying. | |

| Yank has aftermarket shocks but not progressives. I have the Progressive HD's.
I was still running the stock shocks when I first tried the kit.

| Well what about finding you some sport shocks? Ive thought alot about getting some for mine but I want some ground clearance too. Anybody know if both OE and Sport shocks dialed the same are taller and give any lift? | |

| sport shocks arent going to give you any more lift than a standard oem. you could add some lift springs like highlifters | |

| You add lift spring and your ride will be like a log wagon. You get the right 3 inch lift in it and you will get your ground clearance and still have a good ride. | |
