Where to mount hid balast?

Ok I got my hids from sidexside custom and was wanting to know where to mount the balast at? Both balast are already mounted on a piece of aluminum. I have the J strong aux batterys on my Rhino so I cant mount them next to the factory battery box. I can mount them over the radiator an oil cooler, but did not want to put them that far forword.

I was thinking about mounting it to the frame where the dash cover is. Right where the hood closes and touches the frame. It will be mounted vertical and not laying down I dont guess that will hert it?

Tim, I mounted mine with the metal bracket provided. I removed the forward most bolts that hold the airbox on. I just drilled a hole through. I know you have a 660 but I am sure the frames could be the same and that there is a hole there on yours too. I could be wrong.

I can probly put them there with a little triming of the bracket.My metal bracket is one piece with both balast on the same bracket. Thanks for the pics guys.
