| Don't know if it would work or not but might.be worth trying out a headlights lens restoration kit. I have a turtle wax kit.and it came with 4 different rubbing pads from fine to finest and rubbing solution. The digital dash on the foreman I had got dried out and scratched pretty good and I used the kit on it, didn't take out the deep scratches but took out the fine ones so I could see thru it again. I read somewhere, maybe on this forum, where someone was using a polycarbonate spray every time they cleaned and it would help keep the scratches off.
I would try a small area with the headlights kit to see if it works.

| Get a piece of LEXAN that has MR10 coating.. Its what they use on race cars.. Some companies like EMP use MR10 Lexan.. Most of them don't though.. You can buy a piece of MR10 Lexan on Ebay for a decent price. I bought a whole sheet from a local plastic shop for around 250ish. | |

I've got a EMP half made of MR10, It does hold up a little better than acrylic, but it still scratches pretty easy. I'm gonna have to buy a new one this year. I did use some Per-Fect-It DuPont compound on a buffer, and it cleaned up a little, but the glare factors still there...

| EPI plastics in Huntsville can order it if you want a full sheet. Or you can get cut pieces off of ebay. | |
