anyone up for another night ride?

i'm thinking the 17th, which is next saturday... show up about 3-4, BBQ and drink a beer or 4... then do a little riding. maybe even camp again if the weather is nice.

Wheels, I posted a thread last night like this but the cable went out for a second an I didnt want to retype an send it all. You have the exact same thoughts as I.

Count me in for another night ride. I might go ahead an bring some camping myself an stay all night otherwise I will head out around midnight-1am like before.

I will have a Grill with me an some hot dogs\hamburgers. Will try to make sure I have some extra side items an necessities since we were all not very prepared last time it seemed.

Anyways count me in, got to break some new lights in myself LOL!

Right now we're getting some good rain which should continue Thursday an Friday but they are saying we are in for a NICE WEEKEND. So hopefully it will be less dusty.

We need to come up with a list of who is bringing what if we want to plan a bigger cookout. So we try to not leave anything out we want there.

I may buy or build some form of a Fire pit an will pick up some of the fire logs so we can have a controlled campfire after we ride allittle an stop. Was thinking about bringing a table an getting a canoply. Everyone bring your own chairs.

Its looking like good weather this weekend so I may plan to bring camping stuff an just camp so we can all ride allittle Sunday early too. Who else is going to camp?

Lets get some more details and info planned!

Buzclev you are coming to the ride?

I will be there between 3-6 also here. I may end up working saturday myself now with all this rain so far this week so that could push me to arriving late... I plan to possible setup a tent an canoply here and sounds like Wheels an his wife are camping. Be nice to have a large campsite set-up. Who else is going to ride half a day sunday!

Everyone make sure we stay as a group and cookout. I will have a grill with me like before. I know a few last time went ahead an bought hot dogs when we had plenty to grill. No need to buy overpriced confessions just see me or anyone in the group with food. Just to save some money for all LOL.

I AM IN FOR SAT NIGHT CAMPING MIGHT HAVE TO LEAVE SUN EARLY BUT DONT WANT TO DRIVE 1.5 HR SAT NIGHT AFTER A FEW COLD ONES,LET ME KNOW WHAT TO BRING FOR THE GRILL AND I WILL HELP OUT, WIFE IS NOT GOING TO MAKE IT ,MIGHT HAVE A FRIEND FROM DANVILLE WITH HIS WIFE MEET ME THERE ON A 4 WHEELER AND RIDE WITH US ALL NIGHT

Hopefully I get there around 4pm and can setup camp first and make sure we will all have everything needed before its too late...

Wheels what did you think of the place we all parked at last time since you camped in that spot before?

Unless Wheels or someone objects I guess we can plan to meet in the additional parking area, usually its not crowded. You go past the main parking an follow the road on around towards the powerlines. I guess we can all meet up front or at the powerlines.

Anyways should be an awesome ride!

yes, wife and i are planning on camping. we will probably get there around 4ish, maybe sooner....

i also have a portable grille that i am bringing. I'll also be bringing some stuff to grille like sausage, hot dogs, etc. and i'll also bring plenty of beer.

Nocerisdave is coming as well... i think he's camping, just not 100% sure on it.

BUZ, i'll have the lights with me. :D

I will have some different kinds of stuff to grill here also. Will make a trip to ""Sam's Club"" either tomorrow or friday to buy stuff for this ride. What kind of other foods\drinks does everyone want\like? Will also make sure we have plenty of Forks\Plates\Grilling utensils. Just post me some ideas so I can pick up my share of what we need.

It is probably not so safe to follow Wheels, he will take you up the hills.
