| Thanks, I know its not a flat top like some of them. But I just couldn't see dropping the rear down that much.. I raised the front up a little and made it wider also, so the top isn't so narrow in the front. The rear is 5" lower then stock. I wanted an adult to be able to sit back there easily. I had a couple of bars laid over the seats and 5" is what I came up with. Lower then that it puts the roof a little close to taller people. But it also makes it a pita to get in and out. BTW its all american .095 DOM steel. So should be much stronger then stock.. | |

| I love it, looks really good. I'm wanting to do my XP 4 that way. I'm thinking about a box for my tunes too for mine and i'm wondering what type of ideas have you had so far. I want to put a stereo and a 2 way radio enclosed in mine. Love to see pics when you come up with something. | |

| I think I have it figured out more or less. I also plan on making a spot for my two way. My speakers will have to go in the middle though... Since the cage being lower and the fact that I bought four 7" speakers haha. | |

| That's what I was looking out, doing something like that running them down the middle. Doing a "double stack" where the radio/stereo is going then speakers down the middle with LEDs as interior lights. Chopping the top is a definite for me as well. Right now I have about an inch of space getting it into my garage and with the 30" tires and lift im planning, height is gonna be a problem. Again, GREAT JOB! Looks awesome. | |

| Thanks guys. I'm pretty happy with the way everything has turned out so far.
The front bumper is awesome. I looked around online at whats out there and really didn't see anything like I wanted to do. The winch is out front but its a little lower then bumpers like the warn or emp. So the radiator isn't blocked. It mounts to the RZR in 6 places two on the bottom one on each side and the two top bars.. Nothing is welded to the RZR and I didn't drill a single hole.. I made a bracket that bolts up to the factory winch and fairlead location.. The two main bumper tubes then bolts to that.. Side arms are ubolted to the upper frame, But have a connection right under the headlights where you can unbolt the bumper with out having to remove the whole brace.. I can pull 8 bolts and remove the bumper and all of them are pretty easy to get to. | |

| Thanks bud, Nahh I didn't powder coat it. Went with good old rattle can bedliner paint. That way when I scratch it I can touch it up. Besides I'm not done with the cage really. I'll probably have to weld in a couple taps for the overhead console to mount to. I also have a light bar for the front and rear to mount. So they will need tabs.. I wanted to wait till the roof was on before I mounted the lights since I wasn't sure where exactly the roof was going to sit. I'm also pretty sure I'm going to add me some tree kickers on the back. I've only got 50 miles on it so far, but I've already scrubbed a couple trees with the rear fenders. I'm just not use to the extra width and length yet. But I'm sure there will be places on the trail where I'll have to scrub a tree to make a turn.. Since the flares are made into the rear fenders that could get expensive with out some protection back there. | |
