Brimstone's New Rider policy, IMPORTANT everyone read!

I messaged the local paper- Independent Herald- a few weeks ago and was told they will not cover the story, they're gonna watch from the sidelines. Anyone with any power in scott co is burying their heads in the sand because they don't want to step on any toes, or getting their pockets lined. Corruption everywhere! No one wants to stand up for what's right.

Little Town politics, marshal Givens from Justified needs to visit them roflmao

I would love to see Trail 3 become a "multi use" trail, that would be a huge victory.

Agreed Baditude!! This should not be that hard to accomplish. If you look at the PVA maps, Trail 3 is already on Steve and Marla's property.

Wonder if patrols will be posted up to make sure we unruly Southern SXS rebel

riders adhere to the new rules. How awesome will it be when 50+ machines cruise by on the way to the TWRA trails!!! thatsright

I was going to say "good luck" enforcing them. I will not ride on Brimstone property any time in the foreseeable future either.

Justing thinking out loud how fun it would be to tell them where to stick it in May during the events / check points if trail 3 was a multipurpose.

OK! Let's do it again guys!! Let's partner with the TWRA to ensure trail 3 becomes a shared-use trail. TWRA needs another access point to Trail 1 right? Can a petition be created to change trail 3 to shared use? Who can make this happen? This will benefit us all and most of all the GREAT people of Trails End!!!

Thought Trails End owned at least part of Trail 3

They own the gravel lot past. It looks like the road is the boundary line on the maps though.

One cannot depend on my BS boundary lines... I only have a WAG of an estimate where the lines truly are.

Dan, I was referring to the Scott Co. PVA maps.

Trails End does own the entrance to trail 3. Not sure how many feet. Could ask Marla and Steve.

I've been stopped several times over the years(permit check) and never had any problems. Very professional and good people if you ask me, even had a break down one time and they stopped to help out!!!

Good to hear that! Did you have a beer out? There is only one bad apple that I know of and he is a stickler.

I've heard tales of them being H..A..s, but my personal experience has been nothing but positive. I treat them with respect, and it has always been returned.

Dan, I agree. All TWRA agents all I have met are nice and very respectful to me and I return the favor. There has only been one who has crossed my path that made me boil and he was blaming us for something someone else did and he caused more destruction to the gravel road by sliding his truck in sideways and almost running over one of our riders. He commenced to screaming and yelling etc then after he was done ranting he finally told us who he was, he was in plain clothes. He told us if it was his way there would be no ohv use on twra land! You could probably guess who it was,lol.
