To any of you who have mounted an electric fuel pump, where did you mount it? The one I have bought says it should be mounted in a place where the temp does not exceed 140F, I figure pretty much any place I mount it in the vicinity of the engine compartment the temps will exceed that.

Comments? Suggestions?

Wont it fit where the stock one was, or maybe behind the plactic panel between the passenger seat and the bed?

I can prolly put it somwhere along that area but I had in mind keeping the other one in place and plugging off the lines so I will have it for backup if needed...

I am looking at putting it maybe on the frame below where the other pump is but I am afraid of the heat in that area.
