27' Kenda Bearclaws ... I just realized I REALLY need some fender flares!! WoW! They really stick out there.
Any suggestions. I found a set on Ebay for 116.00 shipped to my door.

Sounds like a good deal. I paid 106 for mine shipped to the front door. They don't give the best coverage, but most of the others were around 160-180. I will make these work. The best ones are the Maier, but they also come with a hefty price tag. Here are a couple of pics of mine. Which offset of rims did you go with? Mine are 5+2 all around with 1" spacers in the rear with 26-9-12F and 26-12-12R.
