On the hunt for a diesel

Guys, I am looking to possibly buy a diesel. I am looking at the the F250 and the Chevy 2500. I would prefer to get an older lower mileage truck, but if it is just as cheap to get a newer one for just a little more money I would go that route. I definitely want a crew cab and 4wd. If you guys know anyone that may want a very well maintained and babied 1500 Silverado, I am thinking of selling mine. I have NEVER had this truck mudding or on any off road trails. It is an 02 with cloth interior......new large core radiator, new heavy duty brakes, new transmission cooler, 115k miles, like new BF Goodrich AT tires, awesome condition interior, only very minor cosmetic blemishes on the outside. Overall I would say this truck is a very solid 8.5 on a 10 scale. 9k dollars.

Look on craigs list, lots of people selling bigger trucks since work has fallen off.

ouch wish I knew my brother sold a 05 several weeks ago chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 duramax loaded for 7 grand thats all chevy offered for trade Right now you can name your price on trucks any where

Okay, so I think I found the truck I want. 2006 F250 Powerstroke 6.0 fully loaded, 43k miles. Anyone want to chime in on this. I know some really had negative comments about the 6.0L awhile back. I have done some research and it seemed to be the 04 and early 05 that has the real problematic engine. I have read that the 06 did not have the same issues. This truck has everything I want........sunroof, topper, etc. I plan on calling him today to see about it.

LT also found you a 06 model fully loaded king rancher 4x4 golden dark brown 4 door 30,000 miles or so one owner everything but kitchen sink heres vech @p1835 located in Salem Va, Berglund Ford sales person Calvun Stegall #540 389 7291 ext 2210 he said they would email you picks if you wanted If I didnt have a dually I'd be looking at this one myself

No man. That would be rude IMO. I just said okay and hung up and then cussed for about 10 minutes. I had already talked to the bank and everything this morning. Oh well........guess I will keep looking.

I am really not in any hurry. I am going to be selective and get one I really like. I don't want a 350 or dually. I am really picky about color, interior, options, etc. I am really looking for a dark grey truck, crew cab, 4wd, preferrably with leather and sunroof. The last two are not a deal killer for me though.

Alright boys.......I found myself a truck. 2005 Duramax 2500 Crewcab......dark grey, fully loaded, leather, sunroof, topper, XM radio, etc. 50k miles. I will post some pics once I get it back home this weekend.
