| I have asked Paul from rubber down customs about a front only leveling kit for the rhino that would raise the front about 1.5 inchs. would any one else be interested in one of these if he put them into production? | |

| I have not had any visable issues with mine yet, but I will admit it is stretched to the max. I think a 1 1/2" kit would be better than this 2". I'm going to start backing off some on the front springs and see where it goes. I dont like the positive camber I'm getting. | |

Did you measure before and after the install? With the kit I gained 2.5 inchs up front so if he can take it down to 1.5 most of the positive camber should be taken away. And I measured mine stock the front of the frame is almost 2 inchs lower than the rear stock (with all four shocks in the middle position for adjustment)so if he made a 1.5 lift for the front only and no rear lift it should ride just as good if not better than stock plus have the added ground clearance up front and I feel the look would be a lot better because it would not be nose diving all the time. Just my thoughts.

| I gained about 2" front and back. Added 26" Bighorns at the same time. I went up about 3 1/4" total front and back. | |

| What is your ground clearance total? With no lift and 26 inch tires I have 14 inches from frame to floor in the rear and 12 1/4 from frame to floor in the front. | |

You are saying you only have 13 to the bottom of the skid plate in the rear with the lift? Mine has no lift and I have 14 inches of clearance in the rear with 26inch tires. so maybe that is why this kit would not work for me.

Sorry M&G but your going to have to show me a picture of that to believe it.

Update..........I told you wrong. I had 14" from bottom of skid in front, and 13" to bottom of skid in rear. I put my Toolbox in the bed (approx 70lbs), and dropped my preload on the front shocks down 3/4 inch. I now have 13 5/8" front, and 12 1/2" rear. Dropping the preload corrected most of the positive camber i had in the front.

| These pics are with out the lift!!!!!!!!!!! With 14 in the rear and 12 up front. These measurements were all taken with the shocks in the middle position. When I had the lift on I had 15inchs in the rear and 14.5 inches up front which would have been fine if my axles had not hit in the rear. [img] [/img] [img] [/img] | |

| M&G, have you or anyone else ever flipped or rotated your rear spindles? The Rhino just does not come from the factory with that kind of clearance. | |

| Mine has the stock shocks (without piggybacks) in the middle position. the rear hubs are not flipped they are like they were from the factory. My tires are 26inch grim reapers they measure almost 26 1/2 inch. My front is only 12inch clearance. [img] [/img] | |

| Whatever is going on there is why that lift wont work. If you just put the front lift on it should be perfect. | |

| What year is your rhino? The 07 and 08 shocks have a different part number I don't know but maybe the 08's have a longer shock? Would Make since with the law suits if the front sits lower than the rear it will not flip over backwards as easy. I know your shocks are after market maybe they are softer in return letting it sit lower, Did you measure with the stock shocks? As for the front lift it would make the front higher than the rear a 1/2inch (I gained 2.5 in the front with his 2 inch kit)or so in return making it a little easier to flip and making the front end push more. If he would make a 1.5inch front kit the front should be 1/2 inch lower than the rear and would not give so much positive camber. | |

Front shocks........15 1/4" Rear shocks.........14 1/2" So under load my shocks are almost an inch longer giving me more ground clearance. But when I say under load I have nothing in the bed of mine. I will go measure my fronts.

| That lift is going to firm things up Big Time. Did you try putting it on with your shocks set all the way to soft?
The stock Rhino has a tendency when running it hard on the trails to bottom out in the front and buck in the back. When I had my stock shocks on I set the front up on #4 (next to firmest) and the rear to #1 (full soft). It handled much better at those settings when running hard on the trails.

| I am wanting to set all 4 as soft as possible with out bottoming out that is why I was looking to lift it to keep my ground clearance and have a better ride. I did not realize the front was so much lower than the rear until I put the lift on and gain 2.5" up front and 1" in the rear which leveled it out so now I am just looking to level it out. | |
