| Well I did another mod to the RZR. I moved the Voltage Regulator to the front of the machine. The 08 RZR's V/R was under the seat. This does not allow enough air flow so in 09 models and latter the V/R was moved up front by the radiator. The first thing you need to buy is a relocation harness. It is about 80 bucks. Also buy a 09 bracket for the voltage regulator. This is a well made harness. You will have to remove the front black plastic of the RZR. Now mark your holes for the voltage reg bracket. It is time to drill. You need to put a stop on your drill bit. Because you will for sure drill a hole in your radiator if you don't. I used a pin and cut it to fit. Also, I would put something in front of the radiator in case you slip. i had some 3/4 plywood that worked for me. Bolt the V/R on the bracket first then install the bracket on the machine. There is not a lot of room to work in between the radiator and the V/R. Install the harness and you are good to go...... | |

R do they come with bearings? if so thats the way to go if you need new bearings I don't think they do and I really don't need bearing as of yet. The bearings have about 800 miles on them and they are holding up great. But I am sure it will not be long. Now the spindles have 4600 miles on them. They are done!!!!!! Not bad though. If they could make the bushings last that long we would be in great shape.

The holes that the bushings fit into. The new bushings are loose when I slide them in.
