New Pre-Runner (Polaris) rear bumper installed. I bought this off E-Bay for 49.00.....NIB Smiles It was for 08-back. The bed-mounts are the same up to 2010 but the tailgates on 09-10 have a hump in them the older ones did not have. Had to make some 1-1/2 drop brackets to clear the gate.

Couple of things to catch-up on.
Bought a new set of 6-inch Polaris alloys for the rear, now I can rotate my tires!!!!!!
Added a Kobalt aluminium tool-box.
Gonna change the tranny fluid.

A little over 400 miles now. Still very happy with the machine. No hicc-ups, no issues.

I am tho going to change out the rear-1-1/4 spacers for some 2-inchers, in hopes to soften-up the rear a little, the EMP lift stiffened the rear a little more than I would like. The added leverage with the 2's should help....

I got the one you did..........Got used to the hang-over the bed thing, hated it at first, but it's not so bad.

Did change the tranny fluid.............the drain is easy to remove. I made a tool to get to the check/fill plug that works great...........But trying to re-fill was almost not-doable... I filled it back up through the vent -line fitting. Very easy that way. Just takes a little time. I cut a 8-inch piece of tubing after removing my extended vent-hose, slipped it over the vent inlet and gear-oil nozzle, punched a hole in the bottom of the gear-lube bottle and hung it to the bed with some wire, and let it drain into the tranny. Much easyier than trying to get it through the fill plug!!!!!

I hate the brake-lines running on the outside, but the banjo-fittings are really non-adjustable. I made some stand-offs to keep them off the guards.

S muffler??? What S muffler????

I think everyone has bought or made something for thier UTV they just didn't like. I thought after a while I would get used to the hideous Polaris-Extreme bumper, never happened......... I hated it the day I took it out of the box......Not to mention it weighted 70#'s!!!!!!!!!!!! It's gone .

I've' hacked-up the stocker, and got out the MIG........
