| I am still trying to figure it out.... It sounds like the blow-by valve...but since you said "looked" like it was leaking, I am a little confused.... | |

So I assume you have the leaking fixed. I hope. The blow by at the top of the valve cover could be bad. But I doubt it. I was able to tighten it down.

| Finally, after several weeks of bad weather I was able to get her clean. So here is a good clean pic of my doors.

| Just an FYI, the breather leaking on the valve cover is a common problem, search on ebay for a billet breather.
I took the plastic breather off, pulled out the reed valve, cleaned everything up. Put the reed valve back in (the gasket is made to the reed valve) and put a small bead of copper RTV around it. No leaks so far!
I guess I need to start my own Rzr thread huh? I am finishing up a pretty neat project I will tell more about in a couple days!

| That looks really good.. I'd be scared to drive it if it were me!.. So far I've replaced my bed, my cage, few body mounts, couple windshields, fender decals and a rear bumper. lol. I Just put some doors on a couple of months ago and told my self I was going to be really careful and try not to mess them up.. Well driver side has a little road rash on it from sliding across the street in snow and ice monday.. Had to use a prybar to get it open.. | |

| Haha, Believe it or not it opens and closes like like butter.. That little flop at windrock didn't hurt it much. I had it bent back that same day.. Now the other day when I slid it on its side down the road.. Thats a different story.. It took a 4lb hammer, prybar and a large screwdriver to get it to even open lol.. I honestly thought I would have to replace it. But as you seen I had it back in pretty good shape at windrock. I'm pretty impressed with what these doors can take. So far I've been on my drivers side twice. I'm sure the door is a little off, But it opens and closes great. As far as I can tell none of the welds have cracked or anything.. If I had to do over again I probably would have gotten the trail doors. Just because with the standard if you flop over or get into a tree the door takes all the weight..
Btw I found my coolant leak and my heater Works 10x better..

| I just noticed today I have a matching dent for the passenger side cage dent, on my drivers side roll cage. Rolled it Saturday. I like it.....its symmetrical now. | |
