Yep, we tested everything. Then I realized that the little lights on the power commander were not lit up. Unhooked it and the RZR fired up. It would not run right but would start. | |

| Well at least you guys found the problem. If it were me, I'd be on the horn with the MFG of the Power Commanded to see if they would stand behind the failed unit. Should not have failed so soon............. | |

| I left the RZR in WV a few weeks back. I had a feeling that something else wrong. The Trinity Fuel programmer could never get enough fuel to the machine. It always had a little lean spot. Also, the RZR would act up when crawling around when the power commander was installed. So I ask MisterP (the one who had a pressure gauge) if he would check the fuel pressure on my RZR..... 27 pis. It should be at least 40pis. Well, MisterP and WV Rider being the nice guys that they are went ahead and installed a new fuel pump in my RZR. Tim told me she is running great now. Even with the Trinity fuel programmer. Big thanks to my buddies Tim and Mike.

| I made a call Friday to Rick at EMP. Guess what showed up today? A big brown box.... Inside that brown box........ I am very happy to know that I will not have to scrub dirt and mud out of my bed ever again.... However, I have A LOT of bushings to replace and a couple of ball joints before Thursday... | |

| Well, I did a little work on the RZR today. Right rear spindle bushings. The new ones are never tight on the top of the spindle (crap crap crap). I still have two ball joint to put in and fixed my bumper mount HIDs. However, on to the new........ Air Flow Gage. A must with modified engine. Bed cover. The EMP Cooter Brown Bed Cover. Very nice product. However, there was one thing I did not like, some of the hardware. The bolts that come to mount the tie downs are to long and the hex-head sticks out to far. IMO So off to the hardware store..... I bought allenhead bolts that were more flush. I forgot to take a pic. Sorry. Also, I added a washer to the inside and out side of the lid. I felt that the open and closing movement required it. But to be honest. This is just me being picky. The top is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. The great thing about this top compared to the Polaris (other then price) is that you have room for a gas can and cooler. | |
